Imus Computer College, represented by ICC Administrative Coordinator Arlyn Dongallo & ICC Bacoor Branch Coordinator Rey-an Bellido, attended the Intel Easy-Steps Program seminar held last April 24, 2012 at the Perpetual Help Molino school in Bacoor, Cavite. The Intel Easy-Steps program gives adult learners the opportunity to improve their social and economic self-sufficiency through digital literacy. The program materials use proven adult learning techniques to teach practical and relevant skills to people with little or no prior computer experience. The Intel Easy Steps program is designed to teach participants basic computer skills that are locally relevant and useful, both personally and professionally. The program materials are comprised of the Intel Easy Steps Basic Course, which teaches basic digital literacy skills in a structured format, and a series of Intel Easy Steps Activity Cards, which can either be used to supplement the basic course or used stand alone for self – paced instruction. Ms. Liezel Dunuan & Ms. Rosalie Bonggon, both from Intel, served as facilitators of the seminar-workshop.
